The 41st Biel International Chess Festival will take place 19th July - 1st August 2008 in Switzerland. It will be a double round robin tournament and will feature some of the fastest progressing players in the world. Last year's winner GM Magnus Carlsen is back for another top quality show. Two more participants in the Foros Aerosvit 2008 will join as well - GM Alekseev and GM Onischuk.The newcomer to the 2700 club GM Lenier Dominguez will be there as well.
