The III Magistral Ciudad de Asunción "Copa Roggio" chess tournament will be held in Asunción, Paraguay, from May 19th to May 29th.
The Group A will be a Category XI tournament the players are:

Vivid chess legend Argentinean Grand Master Oscar Panno will give a chess lecture on May 22nd at 3.00 p.m.
Panno was Junior World Champion, former Candidate to the World Championship, and was part of the strongest tam of Argentina, when the South American country arrived second in 3 Chess Olympiads, in the fifties.
The venue will be the same that last year, La Pérgola Jardín Restaurant (Avenida Perú 240) http://www.lapergola.com.py/
The drawing of lots will be held on May 19th at 6.00 p.m.
The games will be played at 3.00 p.m. from May 20th to May 29th
The May 22nd will be a free day, but there will also a Blitz tournament, beginning at 7.00 p.m.
The closing ceremony will be held on May 29th at 7.30 p.m.
There is also an IM tournament, the winner of this group will classify for the main group of the IV Magistral Ciudad de Asunción. The provisional list of players is:
